## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE MANEUVERING IN THE VACINITY OF THE FORCED LANDING SITE, THE PILOT PERFORMED AN EXTENDED UNCOORDINATED TURN WITH A LOW AMOUNT OF OVERALL FUEL. THIS MANEUVER CAUSED THE FUEL TO "SLOSH" AWAY FROM THE FUEL TANK SUPPLY PORT IN ONE OF THE INTEGRATED WING FUEL TANK. AND STARVED THE POWERPLANT OF FUEL. AN UNEXPECTED ENGINE ROUGHNESS AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF POWER OCCURRED. PILOT WAS UNABLE TO RESTORE POWER AND WAS FORCED TO LAND. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST IN A TREE-LINED FENCED AREA.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN26LA082](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN26LA082), Dec 26, 2025: Wag Aero Cuby (N437WT), Wimberley, TX, substantial damage, investigation ongoing

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
