## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON LANDING AT GOK RUNWAY 16 ON DECEMBER 31, 2025, AT APPROXIMATELY 1633 LOCAL TIME, THE PILOT STATED THAT THEY FELT A SHAKING OR SHIMMY COMING FROM THE AFT OF THE AIRCRAFT FOR APPROXIMATELY 50 TO 100 FEET. THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT, CAUSING THE LEFT WING TO STRIKE THE RUNWAY, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR TO FOLD UNDER THE AIRCRAFT, AND THE AIRCRAFT TO COME TO A REST IN THE GRASS OFF THE RUNWAY BEFORE REACHING THE TAXIWAY. PILOT AND PASSENGER EXITED AIRCRAFT WITH NO INJURIES.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN26LA075](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN26LA075), Dec 31, 2025: Steen Skybolt (N453DB), Guthrie, OK, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot's failure to maintain directional control during landing with a quartering left crosswind.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
