## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JANUARY 30 2026 A CFI AND STUDENT STATED THAT THEY WERE PERFORMING GROUND REFERNCE MANUVERS. THE CFI STATED THAT HE NOTICED THE ENGINE MONITOR LIGHT FLASH RED THEN NOTICED THE OIL PRESSURE GUAGE READ ZERO AND THE TACHOMETER DECREASED IN RPM. THE CFI STATED THEY LOST ALL ELECTRAL POWER. THE CFI WAS 15-20 MILES AWAY AND ELECTED TO DO A EMERGANCY LAND ON HIGHWAY 6. AIRCRAFT LANDED ON THE HIGHWAY WITH NO DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT AND STUDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
