## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE CREW COMPLETED ALL PREFLIGHT, STARTUP, AND NORMAL CHECKLISTS, THEN BACK-TAXIED ON THE RUNWAY BECAUSE THE TAXIWAYS WERE ICY. THE PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) LINED UP ON THE RUNWAY WITH ABOUT 4,500 FEET OF RUNWAY REMAINING, WHICH EXCEEDED THE CALCULATED ACCELERATE-STOP DISTANCE OF ABOUT 2,900 FEET.

A STATIC TAKEOFF WAS INITIATED WITH TAKEOFF POWER SET AND CONFIRMED BY THE SECOND IN COMMAND (SIC). DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, THE SIC CALLED V1 AND VR, BUT WHEN THE PIC ATTEMPTED TO ROTATE AT ROTATION SPEED (VR), THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT LIFT OFF. ADS-B DATA INDICATED THE AIRCRAFT ACCELERATED TO ABOUT 130 KNOTS GROUND SPEED, SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE THE CALCULATED ROTATION SPEED OF 103 KIAS.

THE CREW REJECTED THE TAKEOFF, APPLYING FULL BRAKING AND THRUST REVERSERS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS UNABLE TO STOP ON THE REMAINING RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE END OF THE RUNWAY, STRUCK A SNOWBANK, AND CAME TO REST ABOUT 400 FEET BEYOND THE RUNWAY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, NO DAMAGE TO AIRPORT PROPERTY, AND NO POST-CRASH FIRE.
