## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FEB 12, 2026 AT APPROXIMATELY 0954, WHILE LANDING AT HWO ON RUNWAY 28L, NXXXX HAD A LEFT MAIN GEAR BRAKE FAILURE WHICH RESULTED IN A RUNWAY EXCURSION. NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE REPORTED. UPON INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT, IT WAS DETERMINED THE BRAKE DISC WERE WORN AND A CONDITION NOTICE WAS ISSUE TO THE OPERATOR OF THE AIRCRAFT ICARO. THE DISCS WERE REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
