## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF RUNWAY 32 FROM CONROE NORTH REGIONAL AIRPORT (KCXO). AFTER ROTATION PILOT TRIED TO RETRACT THE LANDING GEAR BUT THE NOSE GEAR DID NOT MOVE, AS SEEN FROM THE MIRROR ON THE RIGHT HAND ENGINE. AIRCRAFT DISPLAYED 2 GREEN INDICATORS FOR THE MAINS AND 1 RED INDICATOR FOR THE NOSE. EMERGENCY LANDING GEAR PROCEDURES WERE PERFORMED WITH NO JOY ON THE NOSE GEAR AGAIN. THE TOWER WAS ALERTED TO THE SITUATION AND AIRCRAFT MADE SOFT LANDING ONTHE MAIN LANDING GEAR BUT AS WEIGHT ON THE NOSE LANDING GEAR OCCURRED THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT DROPPED AND THE AIRCRAFT SLID DOWN THE RUNWAY FOR A COUPLE HUNDRED FEET.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
