## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING LANDING APPROACH TO RUNWAY 24 AT TRENTON-MERCER AIRPORT, AT APPROXIMATELY 10-FEET AGL, THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A SUDDEN AND SEVERE WIND DISTURBANCE OR STRONG LOCALIZED MICROBURST, RESULTING IN A RAPID UNCOMMANDED ROLL DISPLACEMENT. THIS EVENT CAUSED THE LEFT WING TO RISE AND THE RIGHT WING TO DROP WITH THE LEFT WINGTIP CONTACTING THE RUNWAY SURFACE. POST-INCIDENT MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND SUPERFICIAL DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WINGTIP (MISSING PAINT), THE LEFT WINGLET FAIRING OUTBOARD ATTACH RIB AND ANGLE CRACKED AT THE NAV LIGHT FAIRING, THE LEFT WING NAV LIGHT LENS CRACKED, AND THE LEFT WINGLET FORWARD NAV RECEPTACLE LOOSE. FDR, CVR, AND HISTORICAL METAR DATA WERE REVIEWED VERIFYING THE WINGSHEAR EVENT AS ATTESTED TO BY THE FLIGHT CREW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
