## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE PRE-LANDING CHECKS, THE PILOT OBSERVED THREE GREEN LANDING GEAR INDICATION LIGHTS, INDICATING ALL THREE LANDING GEAR ASSEMBLIES WERE DOWN AND LOCKED. FOLLOWING TOUCHDOWN ON RUNWAY 21, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO YAW TO THE RIGHT. THE PILOT APPLIED LEFT RUDDER AND INITIALLY MAINTAINED RUNWAY CENTERLINE ALIGNMENT.

AS THE AIRCRAFT DECELERATED DURING THE LANDING ROLL, THE RIGHT YAW RESUMED AND DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WAS LOST. THE AIRCRAFT SUBSEQUENTLY DEPARTED THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY, STRIKING SEVERAL TAXIWAY SIGNS. ALL THREE LANDING GEAR ASSEMBLIES COLLAPSED, AND THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED THROUGH A DITCH BEFORE COMING TO REST UPRIGHT IN A GRASSY AREA ADJACENT TO THE RUNWAY.

POST-ACCIDENT EXAMINATION REVEALED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING, LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER, AND FUSELAGE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
