WHILE LANDING ON RWY 22 THE PILOT BALKED THE LANDING AND EXECUTED A GO AROUND. ON THE SECOND LANDING ON RWY 22, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY. THERE WAS A PRIVATE PILOT AND ONE PASSENGER ONBOARD. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.
