## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 18, 2026, A CESSNA 303 LANDED AT GAINESVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT. AFTER LANDING, WHILE TAXIING ON TAXIWAY ALPHA, THE AIRCRAFT’S LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR BRAKE LOCKED UP FOR UNKNOWN REASONS. AS A RESULT, THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE TAXIWAY AND CAME TO REST IN A DRAINAGE DITCH ADJACENT TO THE TAXIWAY. THE INCIDENT RESULTED IN MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH ENGINES AND PROPELLERS, AS WELL AS THE COLLAPSE OF THE NOSE LANDING GEAR ASSEMBLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
