## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE ON FINAL APPROACH, FLIGHT CREW WAS MADE AWARE OF SMOKE IN THE CABIN COUPLED WITH AN ELECTRICAL ODOR. THEY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY. ONCE CLEAR OF THE RUNWAY, THEY EVACUATED USING THE MCD AND BOTH OVERWING EXITS. THE PASSENGERS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE TERMINAL VIA BUS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS REPOSITIONED TO THE HARDSTAND FOR ARFF AND MAINTENANCE TO INSPECT. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES, AND THE CREW WAS FIT TO CONTINUE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
