## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS COMING IN FOR A LANDING ON RUNWAY 21. AFTER LANDING SMOOTHLY THE PILOT TAXIED BACK FOR ANOTHER TAKE OFF. WHEN TURNING ONTO THE TAXIWAY USING LEFT RUDDER, THE AIRCRAFT TURNED HOWEVER REFUSED TO CORRECT INTO RIGHT RUDDER TO FIND CENTER LINE. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED LEFT DESPITE THE RIGHT RUDDER BEING USED. STILL HEADING LEFT LEAD THE AIRCRAFT TO NOSE DIP INTO A DITCH AT THE CURRENT SPEED DAMAGING THE NOSE WHEEL BACKWARDS AND SUDDEN STOPPAGE OF THE PROPELLOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
