## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY WITH LANDING GEAR NOT EXTENDED. DURING INITIAL INTERVIEW, AIRCRAFT OWNER STATED THAT HE THOUGHT HE EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR, FELT THE GEAR GO DOWN AND SAW THREE GREEN INDICATIONS FOR THE GEAR BEING DOWN AND LOCKED. AFTER CONDUCTING A FOLLOW ON INTERVIEW, OWNER STATED THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHY THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT GO DOWN AND HE DID NOT DOUBLE CHECK FOR THE LANDING GEAR TO BE DOWN AND LOCKED ON FINAL APPROACH RESULTING IN THE LANDING WITH THE LANDING GEAR STILL RETRACTED. POST INCIDENT MAINTENANCE CHECKS VERIFIED THAT THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM WAS WORKING PROPERLY.
