## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 07/ 09/2026 AT APPROXIMATELY 07:45 AN EXPERIMENTAL AMATEUR BUILT AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ ON FLOATS WAS OPERATING NEAR BLAIR'S BAY ON LAKE GEORGE, NY. THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER CAUSING THE PROPELLER TO CONTACT THE WATER RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP OVER PARTIALLY SUBMERGED. POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION REVEALED A CRACK ON THE RH FLOAT ASSEMBLY NEAR THE FRONT WHEEL MOUNTING LOCATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
