## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON AUGUST 5TH AT 12:12PM LOCAL, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS LANDING AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A HYDRAULIC FAILURE ON LANDING, WHICH RESULTED IN A COMPLETE LOSS OF BRAKES AND NOSE WHEEL STEERING. THE FLIGHTCREW USED THRUST REVERSERS TO BRING THE AIRCRAFT TO A STOP, PARTIALLY DEPARTING THE RUNWAY OFF TO THE LEFT. THE ONLY DAMAGE NOTED WAS DAMAGE TO THE #1 ENGINE FAN BLADES, INCURRED UPON GRAVEL BEING INGESTED DURING THE RUNWAY DEPARTURE. NY IFO IS CONDUCTING A FOLLOW UP INVESTIGATION ON THE REPAIR STATION IN QUESTION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
