## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

VIDEO AND WITNESS STATEMENTS DESCRIBE THE AIRCRAFT APPEARED TO APPROACH RUNWAY 16 FAST, BOUNCED TWO OR MORE TIMES AND THEN ATTEMPTED GO AROUND. DURING GO AROUND, VIDEO SHOWS THE AIRCRAFT PORPOISING AND ATTEMPTING A RIGHT TURN OUT. AIRCRAFT THEN ENTERED AN INCIPIENT SPIN TO THE LEFT WHILE CLIPPING A TREE AND COMING TO REST IN A WATER FILLED LAGOON. WITNESSES THAT SAW THE CRASH DID NOT SEE ANY EGRESS EFFORT FROM PILOT OR PASSENEGERS. RESCUE ATTEMPTED BUT NOT SUCCESSFUL DUE TO AIRCRAFT BEING SUBMERGED AND RESCUERS NOT ABLE TO RELEASE SEATBELTS.
