- [Accident 19890925035979A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19890925035979A), Sep 25, 1989: Cessna 180H, Redoubt Bay, AK, Substantial damage. Tried to depart a soft sod tall grass strip with full load. Lifted off then settled into gulley and nosed over.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
