- [Accident 19860325007589A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19860325007589A), Mar 25, 1986: Piper PA34200T, Smithville, TN, Substantial damage. Landed half way down the runway with a quartering tailwind. Aircraft then rolled off runway end, left gear folded.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
