- Loss of control - in flight, go-around (vfr)
  - planned approach - poor, pilot in command (contributing factor)
  - go-around - attempted, pilot in command (contributing factor)
  - airspeed - inadequate, pilot in command (cause)
  - stall/mush - inadvertent, pilot in command (cause)
- On ground/water encounter with terrain/water, descent - uncontrolled

## Analysis

DURING AN ATTEMPTED GO-AROUND FROM A PRIVATE AIRSTRIP, THE PILOT TRIED TO AVOID SOME TREES LOCATED TO THE LEFT OF THE RUNWAY BY MAKING AN ABRUPT TURN TO THE RIGHT AND THE AIRCRAFT STALLED. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE GROUND AND NOSED OVER.
