On January 6, 2012, about 1127 universal time (UTC), a United Kingdom registered Robinson R22 Beta, G-CHZN, sustained substantial damage when it impacted terrain near Witchford, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. The pilot was fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of the United Kingdom.
