## Factual narrative

The Taiwan Aviation Safety Council (ASC) has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Boeing 737 that occurred on June 20th, 2012. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the ASC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane. All investigative information will be released by the ASC.

## Aircraft

- Registration: HL-7564 (not matched to a registry record)
- Reported make and model: BOEING 737 (800)
- Category: Airplane
- Damage: No damage
- Flight: Non-U.S., commercial
- Operator: Jin Air
- Airworthiness certificate: Standard, Transport; Standard, Normal

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
