## Factual narrative

The Junta de Investigaciones de Accidentes de Aviacion Civil (JIAAC) of the Republic of Argentina has notified the NTSB of an accident involving an Embraer E-190, which occurred on November 15, 2013. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the JIAAC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the engines. All investigative information will be released by the JIAAC.

## Aircraft

- Registration: LV-CKZ (not matched to a registry record)
- Reported make and model: EMBRAER ERJ190 - UNDESIGNAT (UNDESIGNAT)
- Category: Airplane

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
