## Factual narrative

The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Beech C90-GTI airplane that occurred on February 03, 2014. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the SACAA investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane/engine.All investigative information will be released by SACAA.

## Aircraft

- Registration: ZS-CLT (not matched to a registry record)
- Reported make and model: BEECH C90 (GTI)
- Category: Airplane
- Damage: Destroyed
- Fire: Unknown
- Flight: Non-U.S., commercial

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
