## Factual narrative

The Federal Air Transport Agency (FATA) of Russia has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 737, which occurred on October 13, 2017. The NTSB has appointed a U.S Accredited Representative to assist under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane. All investigative information will be released by the FATA.

## Aircraft

- Registration: VQ-BJP (not matched to a registry record)
- Reported make and model: BOEING 737 (500)
- Category: Airplane
- Serial number: 28905
- Damage: No damage
- Flight: Part 129

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
