## Factual narrative

The Civil Aviation Directorate (CAD) of Algeria has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Beech 1900D, which occurred on March 3, 2019. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CAD investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane. All investigative information will be released by the CAD of Algeria.

## Aircraft

- Registration: 7T-VIO (not matched to a registry record)
- Reported make and model: BEECH 1900 (D)
- Category: Airplane
- Damage: Substantial damage
- Flight: Part 129
- Airworthiness certificate: Standard, Transport

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
