## Factual narrative

On October 17, 2014, an Air Serbia Airbus 319-132, registration umber YU-APA, powered by two IAE V2524-A5 turbofan engines experienced a right engine oil leak shortly after departure. The flight crew performed an inflight shutdown of the engine and an air turn back of the airplane where an uneventful single engine landing was performed. This incident is being investigated by the Swiss Accident Investigation Board (SAIB) and the NTSB is participating as the United States Accredited Representative to the SAIB as the state of manufacturer of the engines.
