## Factual narrative

The Air Accident Investigation Unit (AAIU) of Ireland has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Embraer 190-200 LR, which occurred on October 16, 2017. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIU investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of airplane components. From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
