## Factual narrative

The United Kingdom's Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) has notified the NTSB of an accident involving an Agusta AW169, which occurred on October 27, 2018. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of airplane components. All investigative information will be released by the AAIB.

## Aircraft

- Registration: G-VSKP (not matched to a registry record)
- Reported make and model: Agusta AGUSTA AW169 (No Series)
- Category: Helicopter
- Serial number: 69018
- Damage: Destroyed
- Fire: On-Ground
- Departed: Leicester
- Destination: STN, Stansted

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
