## Factual narrative

On February 12, 2012, at an unknown time and location, the cargo compartment door of a Bombardier Aerospace Learjet 60, Estonia registration ES-PVP, separated from the airframe in flight. The airplane incurred minor damage, while the two crewmembers and four passengers were not injured. The airplane was en route from Pulkovo Airport (ULLI), Saint Petersburg, Russia, to Rome-Ciampino Airport (LIRA), near Rome, Italy. The missing cargo compartment door was noticed after landing at LIRA, and the government of Italy assumed responsibility for the investigation. - Foreign Accident Statement (item 1, .PDF, 23 KB): https://data.ntsb.gov/Docket/Document/docBLOB?ID=40364998&FileExtension=.PDF&FileName=Foreign%20Accident%20Statement-Master.PDF

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
