DURING THE WEATHER BRIEFING, THE WIND WAS REPORTED AT 27KNOTS, GUSTING TO 40 KNOTS. THE AIRPORT WAS CLOSED AFTER THE ACCIDENT. BLOWING SAND ALSO REDUCED VISIBILITY TO ABOUT 200FEET DURING GUSTS.
