THE OWNER OF THE AIRCRAFT REMOVED THE NOSE GEAR DAMPENER EARLIER ON THE DAY OF THE FLIGHT. THE OWNER DID NOT PLACCARD THE AIRCRAFT FOR THE MISSING PART.
