THE PLT SAID HE SAW HIS FRIEND MOVING TOWARD THE PROPELLER, SO HE SHOUTED A WARNING & SHUT OFF THE ENG. HOWEVER, HIS FRIEND WAS STRUCK ON THE ARM BY THE REVOLVING PROPELLER.
