WHILE ON THE LANDING ROLL, THE PLT KEPT THE NOSE WHEELOFF THE GROUND WITH A LEFT QUARTERING TAILWIND & THE ACFT BEGAN DRIFTING RIGHT. THE PLT USED LEFT RUDDER TO CORRECT FOR THE DRIFT. HOWEVER, BEFORE HE LOWERED THE NOSEWHEEL, THE MAIN GEAR HIT THE BERM & THE ACFT NOSED OVER.

- [Accident 19840627031009A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19840627031009A), Jun 27, 1984: Cessna 152, Paso Robles, CA, Substantial damage. Struck a dirt curb on edge of the runway on the landing roll. Aircraft nosed over. Blamed drift from a 5 knot wind.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
