- [Accident 19890803027879A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19890803027879A), Aug 3, 1989: Ayres S2RR1340REST, Tolleson, AZ, Substantial damage. Struck wires on a spray run. Remained airborne returned to base. Was distracted talking to his flagman.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
