- Loss of control - on ground/water, landing - roll
  - proper touchdown point - not attained, pilot in command (cause)
  - porpoise/pilot-induced oscillation - initiated, pilot in command (contributing factor)
- Overrun, landing - roll
  - remedial action - improper, pilot in command (cause)
- On ground/water encounter with terrain/water, landing - roll
  - terrain condition - berm

- [Accident 19900409007939A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19900409007939A), Apr 9, 1990: Gulstm AA5B, Auburn, CA, Substantial damage. Landed midfield porpoised. Began go around but struck berm off end of runway.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
