## Probable cause

THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND'S INADVERTENT ACCELERATED STALL WHILE BUZZING AT AN ALTITUDE THAT PRECLUDED RECOVERY.

WITNESSES ATTEMPTED TO RAISE THE WING AFTER THE ACCIDENT TO RESCUE THE OCCUPANTS AND FUEL SPILLED AND A FIRE ERUPTED.
