## Probable cause

THE PILOT'S IMPROPER RECOVERY FROM A BOUNCED LANDING AND THE SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF CONTROL DUE TO A STALL/MUSH CONDITION. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE PILOT'S LACK OF TOTAL EXPERIENCE.

## Sequence of events

In NTSB's coding before 2008 (https://www.ntsb.gov/GILS/Documents/codman.pdf).

- Hard landing, landing - flare/touchdown
  - recovery from bounced landing - improper, pilot in command (cause)
  - lack of total experience, pilot in command (cause)
- Loss of control - in flight, landing - aborted
  - stall/mush - inadvertent, pilot in command (cause)
- In flight collision with object, landing - aborted

## Analysis

THE AIRPLANE BOUNCED ON LANDING AND THE PILOT ADDED POWER TO ABORT THE LANDING. AFTER BECOMING AIRBORNE THE AIRPLANE STALLED AND MUSHED INTO A HANGAR AND TREES AND CAME TO REST INVERTED.
