- [Accident 19820705027059A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19820705027059A), Jul 5, 1982: Stnson HW75, St Louis, MO, Substantial damage. Engine quit on climb after takeoff, pilot made emergency landing straight ahead. Airplane flipped on soft terrain.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
