THE LEFT ENGINE WAS STILL OPERATING AT TOUCHDOWN POST ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED NO DISCREPANCIES WITH EITHER ENGINE EXCEPT AN INOPERATIVE OIL PRESSAGE GAUGE. SINCETHE PROPELLER OPERATED THROUGH ITS FULL RANGE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS OIL PRESSURE IN THE ENGINE.

## FAA reports on this event (1)

The FAA's own accident and incident reports, matched to the aircraft by N-number and date (OpenAirDocs).

- [Accident 19840306007019A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19840306007019A), Mar 6, 1984: Bnorm BN2A8, Tobyhanna, PA, Substantial damage. Reported hot engines and oil pressure lost. Struck a sign and trees landing on I80. Engine ok. Oil gauge read zero.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
