- [Accident 19920722026759A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19920722026759A), Jul 22, 1992: Cessna 172P, Kingston, WA, Substantial damage, 1 fatal. Inadvertently flew into water and cartwheeled while making low altitude turn. No horizon in fog and rain.

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
