## Summary

This document proposes the adoption of a new airworthiness directive (AD) that is applicable to certain EMBRAER Model EMB-145 series airplanes. This proposal would require replacement of defective hydraulic tubing in the left and right wings with new hydraulic tubing. This proposal is prompted by issuance of mandatory continuing airworthiness information by a foreign civil airworthiness authority. The action specified by the proposed AD is intended to prevent the loss of hydraulic pressure which could result in reduced controllability of the airplane.
