## Summary

This document proposes the adoption of a new airworthiness directive (AD) that is applicable to all Airbus Model A300 B2 and B4 series airplanes. This proposal would require identifying the types and areas of repairs on the airplane between frame 10 and frame 80, and follow-on actions for certain repairs. This action is necessary to detect and correct fatigue cracking of certain repairs of the fuselage between frame 10 and frame 80, which could result in reduced structural integrity of the airplane. This action is intended to address the identified unsafe condition.
