## Summary

This document proposes the adoption of a new airworthiness directive (AD) that is applicable to certain Dornier Model 328-300 series airplanes. This proposal would require modification of a certain ground cooling fan. This action is necessary to prevent overheating of the connecting terminals of the ground cooling fan, which could result in smoke or fire in the flight compartment and main cabin. This action is intended to address the identified unsafe condition.
