## Summary

This document proposes the adoption of a new airworthiness directive (AD) that is applicable to all Dornier Model 328-300 series airplanes. This proposal would require revising the Airplane Flight Manual. This action is necessary to prevent an undetected dragging parking brake, and consequent decreased acceleration during the takeoff roll, increased takeoff distance, and possible runway overrun. This action is intended to address the identified unsafe condition.
