## Summary

We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above. This proposed AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as:

In operation, fuel leaks at the level of start electro valve fuel coupling were observed. A lack of power or an uncommanded in- flight shutdown may result from these fuel leaks.

The condition described in the MCAI may result in a forced autorotation landing, the inability to continue safe flight or a fire. The proposed AD would require actions that are intended to address the unsafe condition described in the MCAI.
