## Summary

We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above. This proposed AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as: Cracks have been detected on the upper flange (cap) of several "0'' pressure bulkheads on the production line; none of the cracks had spread across the thickness of material. Investigation revealed that all "0'' pressure bulkheads installed on aircraft from MSN 1106 up to 1189 could have the same cracks. The proposed AD would require actions that are intended to address the unsafe condition described in the MCAI.
