DURING LINE CHECK, DOOR 1R EVACUATION SLIDE PARTIALLY DEPLOYED BUT DID NOT INFLATE.  REPLACED DOOR ASSIST BOTTLE AND SLIDE, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
