THE FLIGHT DIVERTED TO DEN AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP AND FUEL CONTROL UNITS LOCATED ON THE NR 3 ENGINE. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
