## Discrepancy

DURING SLIDE SHOP TEST, INFLATABLE SUB ASSEMBLY RUPTURED DURING FLAT FIRE PROCEDURE AT NORMAL OPERATING PRESSURE.  INFLATABLE SEAMS FAILED AT UPPER TUBE LEFT AND RIGHT.  NEW INFLATABLE SUB ASSEMBLY WAS INSTALLED.
