FWD CARGO DOOR BUNGEE BEAM SNAPPED DURING OPS.  BUNGEE ACT VAPOR LOCKED.  RUSTED WATER SPEWED FROM ACT SHRADER VALVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD CARGO DOOR BUNGEE BEAM AND BUNGEE ACT SNUBBER PER MM 52-31-07-2.
